In order to buy any course or become a member of our center, customers/ learners must first register with a personal account providing the following information:

We collect certain data from you directly, like information you enter yourself, data about your participation in courses, and data from third-party platforms you connect with eCademy. We also collect some data automatically, like information about your device and what parts of our Services you interact with or spend time using.

7. Our Policy Concerning Children

We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area) should not use the Services. If we learn that we’ve collected personal data from a child under those ages, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. How Does It Work?

Once you decide which course you want to take, you should fill out the RESERVATION FORM to arrange the hours and details of your class.

When your classes are scheduled (taking into account your availability and the tutor’s availability), you should then proceed to the PAYMENTS menu. You can select any of the payment options that appear. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a receipt via email and an invitation to your personal tutor’s meeting room on Zoom

In the first meeting, the tutor will determine your level of proficiency and then tailor lessons accordingly. These personalized lessons will help you meet your goals in the fastest way possible. You will always interact with the same tutor, who will adapt the lessons to suit your needs and preferences.

Spanish Up! works with certified, native language tutors, who are experienced in teaching. They are committed to their profession. You will practice through real conversations with authentic accents and you will also learn more about the culture of Hispanic countries and their colloquial expressions.

During the lessons, the tutor will provide you with all the organized and updated content that you will need for success; including extra-class homework that will facilitate studying by yourself.
